i'm back!
YEHEY!! i have opened my blog! i'm back!! hahaha. I haven't give food to my fishes for days! hahaha. I wasn't able to open my blog because these past nights, our internet connection was like a snail. I mean, it really might take hours to load many stuffs. hai.. but its okay, hahaha. _
- BAD NEWS!!!
Ileco 2 and Ileco 3 announced that tomorrow, all their electric consumers will be having a 9 full hours with no electricity! Its from 8 am to 5 pm. what the heck?? the government construct a coal fired power plant to have a sufficient supply of electricity and its like not working at all! power outages became a very serious problem. hai.. it looks like Philippines will remain as a 3rd world country. it seems like we have no progress at all!! Ughh!

Why are electrical power outages in the Philippines called brownouts and not blackouts?
According to EnergyAustralia, ''a brownout occurs when the voltage is at half strength for more than one second'' resulting in dim lights and a shrinking picture on your TV. Dennis S. Gana, manager of corporate communications at National Power Corporation (Philippines) explains that the two terms are used interchangeably in the country.
''The term ‘brownout' is used only when the power outage is localised, involving small areas. The outages during brownouts involve only distribution lines, not generators. Blackouts are usually caused by power generators and/or power transmission systems, and they cover a wider area,'' he says.

High FIVE!!
WoooHoo!! Lakers have 23 wins already and just 11 loses! I'm very sure that they will win the Championship once again cause they are so AWESOME!!! They are leading in the pacific division. I wanna watch Los Angeles Lakers vs. San Antonio Spurs in the western conference championship. hahaha. Phil Jackson is the coolest NBA coach ever. Hahahaha. I mean he really knows where to cool down and heat up! woohoo! I'm sooo happy! whahahaha. BRAGGING RIGHTS!!
